CNG Pressure Reducing Skid is to preheat high-pressure natural gas, depressurize step by step, and carry out safety control and metering procedures to make the gas pressure reach the pressure pipeline transportation that meets the requirements of the specification. According to the pressure regulation mechanism, it can be divided into two-stage pressure regulation and three-stage pressure regulation.

Main Features

* CNG pressure can reach 22Mpa, which belongs to ultra-high pressure gas, and has higher safety requirements for equipment compared with pipeline pressure regulation;

* The process of CNG decompression will cause the gas temperature to drop rapidly due to the large reduction. Therefore, the gas needs to be supplemented with heat during the CNG pressure regulation process;

* The pressure of CNG is higher than that of pipeline natural gas. Generally, it needs to go through two or three stages of pressure regulation to make the final pressure reach the medium pressure and enter the pipeline network.
