* High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Tube
| The large-scale ambient air vaporizer designed and manufactured by SCHEELE ENERGY digests and absorbs the advanced design concepts and technologies of today's developed countries in Europe and the United States. It adopts C200mm large-spacing high-efficiency gasification heat exchange tubes with inner fins, which effectively change the low temperature. * Vaporizer Material
SCHEELE ENERGY adopts the best and most stable aluminum materials in China and selects 3A21 (old brand LF21) aluminum alloy material (US brand 3003), which is specially used and recognized in the world's low-temperature industry, as heat exchange tube and pressure tube material. Excellent welding performance, low-temperature performance, and heat transfer performance. Various corresponding materials can be selected according to various usage methods and requirements of users, and the materials used can meet national standards and American ASIM and related standards.
* Connecting Element
All connectors are made of LD31 aluminum alloy material (aluminum alloy 6063) with extremely high strength among the aluminum alloy materials, which guarantees the equipment transportation and hoisting strength to the greatest extent. The advantages of the optimally designed "bridge" connector are:
* The overall equipment can effectively compensate freely during work, eliminate stress from all walks of life, and will never affect the life of the weld;
* The distance between the heat exchange tubes and the heat exchange tubes is greatly increased, which greatly reduces the mutual cooling effect of the heat exchange tubes during operation;

* Appearance and Overall Design
The air ambient vaporizers designed by SCHEELE ENERGY feature vertical straight legs with no frame hard connections. When working, the natural convection of the surrounding air is good, the frost on the surface is easy to fall off automatically without accumulation, and the defrosting time is short; the appearance is beautiful and durable.
* Flow and Pressure Drop Design
SCHEELE ENERGY products all adopt optimized flow and pressure drop designs. There is no bias flow, air resistance and other phenomena when the equipment is in use. The pressure drop is controlled within ≤ 0.05MPa, and the flow velocity in the pipe meets the national gas pipeline design requirements.
* Surface Treatment
SCHEELE ENERGY has carried out anti-corrosion surface treatment of special aluminum materials on the basis of slightly increasing the cost, and the treated equipment is still bright as new after long-term use. Advanced surface anti-corrosion treatment greatly improves product life, suitable for use in seaside cities and harsh environments with corrosion.
The surface treatment of the high-pressure vaporizer increases the blackening process so that the equipment can absorb the external heat energy to the maximum extent, increase the gasification amount, and the operating conditions are clear at a glance.
* Degreasing Cleaning
SCHEELE ENERGY uses special cleaning solvents and mechanical equipment to clean all raw materials and parts and uses advanced digital display special oil analysis instruments for analysis. The oil content is much lower than the 125mg/M2 stipulated by the country and the industry, and it is generally controlled when leaving the factory. At ≤ 60mg/M2, it fully meets the requirements of JB/T6896-2006. The product is effectively sealed when it leaves the factory to ensure the cleanliness of the lumen.
* Strict Inspection
SCHEELE ENERGY has a variety of perfect inspection methods. For each batch of raw materials, our company has undergone strict re-inspection. All products are signed by the operating staff in strict accordance with the "Product Manufacturing Process Transfer Card" to confirm the quality and then transfer to a process for production. Specialized production inspection equipment and professionals such as ambient air heated vaporizers, pressure regulating skids, etc., each equipment must undergo four strict inspections, namely: material re-inspection, actual operator self-inspection, next process re-inspection, and inspection by the general inspector before leaving the factory. Inspection to ensure the quality of each factory product.
* Welding Process
SCHEELE ENERGY air temperature vaporizer welding is performed by certified welding engineers who have passed the examination of the original Ministry of Machinery Welding Training Center and have 8-12 years of experience in welding similar products. The welding seam is uniform and beautiful, just like automatic welding. The welded parts are processed by mechanical grooves and deoxidized film, and there are two welding processes when welding the elbow and the heat exchange tube.
1. Butt welding is adopted: The 304 lining process ring that can withstand low temperatures is adopted,the butt tube has no misalignment phenomenon, and no welding flash occurs during welding, ensuring the smoothness of the heat exchange tube cavity.
2. Socket welding is adopted: the welding strength and quality of this method are extremely stable, and there is absolutely no welding defect in the pipe. At present, similar products in Europe and the United States use this method.
