SCHEELE water bath vaporizer is a kind of equipment that vaporizes the low-temperature liquid gas into a gaseous gas by exchanging heat with the low-temperature liquid gas through hot water. It is suitable for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, etc.
The water heated vaporizer generally has electric heating type, steam type and circulating hot water type. The water bath vaporizer device consists of a circular water container with an overflow tube. The whole tube bundle of the winding tube is immersed in water, and the hot water (high-efficiency electric heating element or steam heating water) exchanges heat with the liquid gas in the tube bundle, thereby vaporizing the liquid gas. Then, the pressure and temperature of the gasified gas are controlled by some auxiliary equipment.
Main Features
* The coiled tube and the annular tube are welded together, and the annular tube is used as a liquid distributor on one side and a gas collector on the other side. The axial and radial arrangement of the water-heated vaporizer tube bundle and each tube bundle ensures that the water flow is not obstructed;
* The tube bundle is installed in a circular water bath container and is equipped with water overflow, drain and temperature indicators. Optionally install a level indicator. Tube bundles are mainly made of austenitic materials;
* The load range is from 500Nm³/h - 150000Nm³/h;
* Various heating systems (such as steam and warm water) can be installed in a set of devices;
* Movable tube bundles are convenient for equipment cleaning and inspection;
* The use of an optimized steam injection device can avoid steam shock and corrosion and reduce noise levels;
* The coiled tube bundle reduces the stress of the material and can change the load and temperature more quickly.
