1. Direct heating method
(1) The submerged combustion vaporizer is a vaporizer that uses the heat generated by the combustion of fuel (such as kerosene, gasoline, etc.) to heat the liquid gas, thereby converting the liquid gas into a gaseous gas.
(2) The solid heat conduction vaporizer uses an explosion-proof electric heater to indirectly heat the liquid gas.
2. Indirect heating method
(1) Ambient air vaporizers are generally made of finned aluminum tubes. When the "cold" liquid gas flows into the vaporizer, the air around the vaporizer exchanges heat with the cold liquid gas in the finned aluminum tubes, and the temperature is low. As a result, the flow of air is caused, and new "relatively hotter" air rushes around the evaporator to continue new heat exchange.
(2) Forced draft carburetor
This kind of evaporator is improved on the basis of the ambient air vaporizer, and a ventilation device is installed inside to allow the cooled air during the heat exchange to leave the surrounding of the evaporator, and the volume is generally not too large.
(3) Circulating hot water water bath vaporizer
This evaporator is heated by using excess hot water, which has a lot of hot water.
(4) Steam heating water bath vaporizer
This kind of evaporator is generally used in chemical plants and steel plants, and is generally used as a backup device for air-temperature evaporators. That is, when the weather is cold and the gasification capacity of the air-heated evaporator cannot meet the requirements of use, steam will be used to heat the water-bath evaporator.
