The temperature transfer to the liquid LPG caused by this backflow increases the pressure in the pressure storage tank. Feedback gasification systems require regulation, typically such as a tank heater or a feedback gasifier. The push type does not bring about external pressure changes. This type of vaporizer simply provides heat energy to make the change from liquid to gas. But they can also allow the tank to maintain a high pressure relative to ambient temperature. Storage tanks that do not use a vaporizer system experience frost in low temperature weather conditions.
The process of opening the LPG vaporizer:
1. First drain the gas used for the airtight test in the gasifier, close the inlet valve of the liquid phase pipe connected to the pressure regulator, the backup liquid bypass valve, the sewage valve, the gas phase pipe valve and the valves of each gas point, and put the The adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator is turned counterclockwise to the place where the outlet pressure is lower, and the safety valve is opened. This operation is only carried out when the vaporizer is used for the first time.
2. Then slowly open the liquid phase inlet valve of the LPG vaporizer (the liquid inlet bypass valve should be closed), and open the gas phase pipeline valve.
3. Open the gas point valve and turn on the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator clockwise or counterclockwise according to the consumption and rated pressure after ignition to adjust to a suitable pressure. This operation is only performed when the LPG vaporizer is used for the first time.
