Pressure monitoring and feedback control
Equipped with high-precision pressure sensors, real-time and accurate monitoring of pressure changes in the storage tank and the boosting system. The sensor converts the pressure signal into an identifiable signal such as an electrical signal and transmits it to the control system.
The control system compares the actual monitored pressure value according to the preset pressure range. When the pressure fluctuates beyond the range, the control system will issue a command to adjust the operating parameters of the boosting equipment, such as adjusting the speed of the compressor or the opening of the regulating valve, so that the pressure returns to the normal range.
Application of pressure stabilizing device
Install a pressure stabilizing tank and use the compressible gas or elastic element inside it to store part of the gas when the pressure rises to buffer the pressure peak; release the gas when the pressure drops to supplement the pressure, thereby reducing the pressure fluctuation amplitude.
Use a pressure stabilizer to automatically adjust the gas flow rate by changing its own throttling degree or resistance to maintain the stability of the output pressure and effectively suppress the rapid changes and fluctuations in pressure.
Safety protection mechanism
A safety valve is set. When the pressure fluctuation is too large and exceeds the opening pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve automatically opens and releases part of the gas to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise and causing equipment damage or safety accidents. It will automatically close after the pressure returns to normal.
Equipped with a pressure alarm device, when the pressure fluctuation approaches the critical value, an audible and visual alarm signal is issued to remind the operator to take timely measures to avoid further deterioration of the pressure fluctuation.
