Installation and adjustment of LNG ambient air vaporizer:
1. Lift the carburetor so that it can rotate horizontally on the foundation.
2. Secure the anchor screws to make the device stable.
3. Connect the inlet and outlet bolts to check the entire carburetor system.
4. Flush the vaporizer system with carbon tetrachloride to remove grease from the system.
5. Purge the entire vaporizer system with nitrogen to remove moisture and impurities.
6. Use 6m-12m oxygen to evacuate without pressure.
7. After checking the bolts, drive to boost the voltage.
(1) Boost the pressure to 5Mpa once and keep the pressure for 10 minutes.
(2) Boost the pressure twice to 10Mpa and keep the pressure for 10 minutes.
(3) Boost the pressure 3 times to 15Mpa and keep the pressure for 10 minutes.
8. If there is no air leakage, it can be put into use.
The air-temperature evaporator uses the air environment as a heat source, and conducts heat exchange through the LF21 star tube with good performance, so that each low-temperature liquid is vaporized into a gas at a fixed temperature.
The structure of the Dewar vaporizer is mainly composed of star-shaped finned heat pipes, liquid-gas guide pipes, brackets, bases, inlet and outlet joints and other components.
The star-shaped finned heat pipe has eight-fin symmetry, and the material option is LF21 anti-rust aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant, and has good vaporization effect. The material of the liquid and gas guide tube is T2M copper tube, which is resistant to high pressure and impact. The base and bracket material options are angled LF21 rust-resistant aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant.
