The gasification mode of the gasifier is divided into two types: push type and feedback type. Feedback systems heat the liquid LPG directly and allow the heated portion of the LPG to flow back into the pressure storage tank in liquid or gaseous form. The temperature transfer to the liquid LPG caused by this backflow causes the pressure in the pressure storage tank to increase. Feedback gasification systems require adjustments, often such as tank heaters or feedback gasifiers. The push type does not bring about external pressure changes. This type of vaporizer simply provides thermal energy to make the change from liquid to gas. But they can also allow the tank to maintain a high pressure relative to the ambient temperature. Tanks that do not use a vaporizer system experience frost in cold weather conditions.
The process of opening the LPG vaporizer:
1. Drain the gas used for the air tightness test in the gasifier first, close the inlet valve of the liquid phase pipe, the bypass valve of the standby liquid circuit, the blowdown valve, the gas phase pipe valve and the valves of each gas point connected to the pressure regulator. Turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator counterclockwise to the place where the outlet pressure is small, and open the safety valve. This operation is only performed when the vaporizer is used for the first time.
2. Then slowly open the liquid phase inlet valve of the LPG vaporizer (the liquid inlet bypass valve should be closed), and open the gas phase pipeline valve.
3. Open the gas point valve. After ignition, turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust to the appropriate pressure according to the dosage and the rated pressure. This operation is only performed when the LPG vaporizer is used for the first time.
