8. After the pressure of the LNG storage tank does not rise, gradually open the lower liquid inlet valve of the LNG storage tank, slowly increase the filling speed of the LNG storage tank, and pay attention to the changes in pressure and liquid level.
9. After the LNG in the LNG tanker is unloaded, close the lower inlet valve of the LNG storage tank, open the upper inlet valve of the LNG storage tank, and purge the LNG tanker hose and the LNG in the pipeline with the LNG gas phase in the LNG tanker to LNG storage tanks.
10. Close the main liquid inlet valve of the storage tank, open the gas-liquid balance valve to release the pressure of the unloading pipeline to the BOG system through the gas phase line, when the gas phase in the tank car cannot be unloaded, close the liquid inlet valve of the LNG tank car, and open the front-end vent valve , vent the LNG gas phase in the hose of the LNG tanker, open the gas-liquid valve, and close it after equalizing the pressure.
11. If leakage occurs during the unloading process, the emergency shutdown button should be pressed and corresponding emergency measures should be taken.
12. In case of lightning strikes, failure of liquid unloading equipment, or accidents around the gas filling station that cannot guarantee normal operation, liquid unloading should be suspended.
