1. Pipeline
Carefully read the words marked on the gasifier body to see if the liquid phase inlet and gas phase outlet are connected to the corresponding pipes.
2. Water injection
Add pure distilled water or pure water without impurities to the water injection point marked on the gasifier body until the overflow pipe at the bottom of the gasifier body overflows.
3. Power supply
Open the cover on the furnace body, connect the power supply to the wiring board of the electric control box, and then connect the wiring from the electric control box to the three contacts on the heater inside the junction box. The temperature controllers, relays, heating tubes, etc. in the cover should be adjusted before leaving the factory, and non-staff personnel are not allowed to adjust them at will. To cover, tighten the open compartment cover.
