2. The unloading operators must wear protective clothing, anti-smashing shoes, protective masks and protective gloves before unloading.
3. After entering the station, the operator instructs the LNG gasification skid to stop in a proper position, turn off the engine, pull up the hand brake, and stick the front and rear wheels with triangular blocks to prevent the tanker from sliding.
4. Check the safety accessories of the tank car and the liquid inlet tank: whether the safety valve, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filling joint, etc. are complete, and whether each accessory has run, run, drip, or leak. If the inspection fails, it will not be loaded or unloaded.
5. Connect the electrostatic grounding facility to the ground wire of the loading and unloading platform firmly, and use an electrostatic grounding instrument to detect that the grounding resistance meets the requirements (less than 10 ohms) before unloading the truck.
