Check whether the control system has a fault, causing the booster pump to continue to run and cannot be stopped.
2. Abnormal flow
The flow is too low: Check whether the booster pump impeller is blocked or damaged, affecting the delivery of the fluid. Check whether the inlet pipeline is blocked, such as filter blockage. Check whether the outlet pipeline has excessive resistance, such as excessive pipe bending.
Flow rate is too high:Check whether the control system's adjustment function is normal to prevent the booster pump from over-running.
Appropriately adjust the outlet valve opening to control the flow rate.
3. Other issues
Abnormal noise and vibration: Check whether the booster pump is firmly installed and whether the anchor bolts are loose. Analyze whether the pump impeller is poorly balanced, causing vibration and noise. Check whether there is resonance in the pipeline, and adjust the pipeline layout or increase support.
Electrical failure: Check whether the power supply is normal, including whether the voltage is stable. Check whether the components in the motor and control circuit are damaged, such as relays, contactors, etc.
