1. Check whether the LPG vaporizer and pipeline installation meet the drawing requirements.
2. Check whether the pressure test and flushing of the system meet the requirements.
3. Check whether the electrical system and control instruments are properly installed.
4. The bearing box of the hot oil pump and other transmission mechanisms are injected with lubricating oil or grease according to requirements.
5. Test run each movement mechanism alone, check whether the running direction is correct and whether the sound is normal.
6. Adjust the valves of the LPG vaporizer system to prepare for oil injection and test run.
7. The oil injection pump injects oil into the high expansion tank.
8. Start the hot oil circulation pump.
9. Observe whether the working display of the hot oil circulating pump inlet and outlet pressure, the pressure drop of the furnace body, the inlet and outlet oil temperature, and the exhaust gas temperature are normal.
10. The cold state runs continuously for more than four hours. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, the hot state debugging can be carried out.
