LNG air temperature gasifier is a new type of energy-saving gasification device that utilizes the characteristics of decompression gasification of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and other gases to realize gas gasification. Its main part is the heat exchange device, which obtains a large amount of heat from the control gas in the smallest space possible. In other words, it is to let the liquid LPG and the liquid natural gas "flow" through the air temperature gasifier, and let the air heat the cold LPG and natural gas so that it becomes gaseous LPG and natural gas.
Now it is generally air-temperature supercharging and water temperature supercharging. Personally, I think water temperature supercharging is better, and air supercharging will not appear slow in winter.
When the temperature of the LNG gas in the air temperature gasifier is lower than that, it needs to be heated? The secondary heating should be 5 degrees Celsius; because the temperature is lower than -10 degrees Celsius, it may damage the regulator membrane, flowmeter and buried PE pipes; and the pipes will not freeze, and the steel pipes will be peeled off.
You must first distinguish whether the gasification capacity is insufficient or the ambient temperature is low. The outlet temperature of the normal air temperature vaporizer is 3-8 degrees Celsius lower than the ambient temperature. If the temperature in the north is already below 0 degrees Celsius, the exit temperature should be lower than 0 degrees Celsius. At this time, turn on the second heating.
If the temperature is in the tens of degrees, but the exit temperature is low, it means that the gasification capacity is insufficient, and the number or specification of the vaporizer should be increased instead of secondary heating.
