When the liquid in the cryogenic storage tank is to be filled into other storage tanks or gasification applications, it is necessary to increase the working pressure of the inner cylinder. The level of increased burden depends on the actual application of the customer, but it cannot exceed the pressure range of the cryogenic storage tank. There are three ways in which liquid can drain:
1. Evaporator drain
When the pressure in the low-temperature storage tank reaches the standard, the drain valve can be opened to supply liquid to the vaporizer, so that it can be vaporized and sent to the application site. This is also an important liquid discharge method for the low-temperature storage tank containing the vaporizer.
2. Liquid is discharged from the liquid import and export trade valve
This type of drainage uses drip hoses to supply liquid to tank trucks or other large low-temperature storage tanks. The operating procedures are basically not to fill liquids, and the liquid inlet and outlet valves have changed from leakage to drainage.
3. Drain through the liquid discharge valve (also known as the liquid discharge valve) or according to the Dewar tube
This type of drainage is to supply liquid to movable small and medium-sized vessels such as Dewar tanks. Connect the metal bellows of the small vessel to the connector of the discharge valve (or through the Dewar tube), and open the liquid inlet and outlet valves. Supply liquid, this type of discharge volume is small, and the fixed low-temperature storage tank can supply liquid outside without adding according to the specific situation.
Therefore, if it is stipulated on the spot that the gas in the cryogenic storage tank can be used in the specific work, then it is necessary to configure a vaporizer to convert the liquid gas into a vapor state, so that the application can be realized.
