2. The gasifier should adhere to regular sewage discharge. Generally, once every 2-3 days, once a day when the air quality is poor or the dosage is large, the sewage should be discharged at a time of high pressure, and the residual liquid should be discharged outdoors.
3. The filter at the inlet of the gasifier should be cleaned once every six months, and then the water-bath gasifier should be removed and cleaned every other year.
4. Check whether the reading of the pressure gauge is normal, and the pressure gauge should be calibrated every other year.
5. Change the water of the gasifier once every six months, and add potassium dichromate after changing the water again. It is better to add softened water or pure water if conditions permit.
6. After turning off the power every three months, let the electrician check whether the main power terminal is loose. Retighten as necessary.
7. If the local power supply voltage fluctuates greatly (limited to 380V±10%), it is recommended to install a 220V power supply regulator to ensure the normal operation of electrical components and instruments.
8. Regularly check the gasifier and other gas equipment and pipelines every day to avoid leakage.
