3. When the equipment is abnormal, the self-protection system will automatically close the shut-off valve and use sound and light signals to alarm in the central control room. After the abnormal situation is manually intervened or eliminated automatically, it can start from the beginning according to the normal process.
4. There are also multiple emergency buttons in the central control room and on-site for emergency use.
5. Although the device has the function of avoiding the impact of medium airflow, it should be noted that the opening and closing speed of each manual valve should not be too fast.
6. In use, regular inspections and truthful records should be made to confirm the safety of the work. During the inspection, the indoor surfaces, indicator lights, indoor surface surfaces, indicator lights, operation noise, dynamic and static sealing points, etc. should be inquired.
7. Open and close each valve on time, check the flexibility of opening and closing, and add lubricating grease.
8. Check and test the surface control system and self-protection interlocking system on time. The measurement and display surface should be calibrated regularly according to the relevant measurement rules.
9. Carry out sub-channel maintenance on time. After maintenance, the construction inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of the relevant specifications before it can be put into use.
