1) Check the differential pressure gauge on the inlet filter before trial operation.
2) When natural gas leaks, close the upstream and downstream valves of the pressure regulating device (1 route) in use, and activate the pressure regulating device (2 route). Check whether it is caused by damaged seals and loose fasteners.
3) When the pilot of the gas pressure regulator fails and the pressure cannot be stabilized, it should stop working and activate the backup circuit, and then carry out maintenance or replacement.
4) When the safety shut-off valve cannot be opened during the commissioning of the gasification pressure regulating skid, it needs to be replaced.
5) When the pressure regulator is clogged, select a backup line, close the upstream and downstream valves, release the air-conditioning pressure device, and carry out maintenance after disassembly.
6) Check the filter element of the gasification pressure regulating skid every 1 week, and replace the filter element on time.
