1. The connection pipeline between the liquid storage tank and the liquid oxygen carburetor must use stainless steel pipes that can be used in cryogenic conditions, and a filter should be installed. The cold shrinkage of the pipeline should be considered during installation.
2. Connect the water inlet pipe of the liquid oxygen carburetor with the tap water pipe. If the tap water pressure is too low, a booster pump should be installed. Each pipeline shall be fitted with corresponding instruments and valves according to the drawings.
3. The inlet and outlet of all independent equipment should be equipped with shut-off valves to facilitate shut-off and maintenance.
4. The electric control device of this equipment does not have waterproof function. It is recommended to install it indoors or under an outdoor rain-proof shed. The feet of the equipment are fixed with expansion screws.
5. The electric control device and the heating cylinder must be grounded reliably.
6. After the installation of all equipment, accessories and pipelines, a leak detection test should be carried out. The specific operation method shall be implemented by the installation company according to the relevant standards.
7. After passing the leak detection, purge all pipes with dry nitrogen or air that does not contain grease, and close all pipe openings after purging.
8. After the installation of the liquid oxygen vaporizer is completed, the cylinder should be insulated with thermal insulation materials.
