1. Check the differential pressure gauge on the inbound filter before trial operation.
2. When natural gas leakage occurs, close the upstream and downstream valves of the pressure regulating device (No. 1) in use in time, and activate the pressure regulating device (No. 2). Check for damaged seals and loose fasteners.
3. When the pilot fails and the pressure cannot be stabilized, the gas pressure regulator must stop working and activate the backup circuit, and then repair or replace it.
4. When the safety shut-off valve cannot be opened during product debugging, it needs to be replaced.
5. When the pressure regulator is blocked, select the backup line, close the upstream and downstream valves, discharge the air pressure device, and then repair it after dismantling.
6. The LNG gasification skid should check the filter element every 1 week, and replace the element on time.
