1. The storage tank is its important equipment, which directly affects the normal production of the gasification station and also occupies a large proportion of the cost. According to the structure, it can be divided into underground storage tanks, above-ground metal storage tanks and metal prestressed concrete storage tanks. Regarding LPG storage tanks, there are vacuum powder insulation storage tanks, positive pressure accumulation insulation storage tanks and high vacuum layer insulation storage tanks. Medium and small gasification stations generally use vacuum powder insulation cryogenic storage tanks. The storage tank is divided into inner and outer layers, and the interlayer is filled with pearlite and vacuumized to reduce the external heat input, so that the daily gasification rate of LPG in the tank is lower than 0.3%.
2. What kind of storage tank method it adopts depends mainly on its storage capacity. The storage capacity of 1200-5000m3 can be stored under pressure in mother-child tanks and storage tanks under normal pressure. The volume of a single tank of mother-son tanks is generally 600-1750m3. Urban LPG vaporizers with a storage volume below 1200m3 are basically stored in vacuum tanks under pressure. Due to the constraints of transportation and overall hoisting conditions, the volume of a single tank is 100m3 at most, and 50m3 for individual stations.
