Low-temperature liquid vaporizers such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon are used in liquid vaporization stations for direct gas supply or bottle filling. In order for the vaporizer to operate, the control points should be set and the following should be observed:
Set the low-temperature control interlock point for the low-temperature liquid exiting the gasifier. Control the gas outlet temperature at 5-30°C. When the outlet temperature is lower than 0°C, the liquid pump is automatically cut off, and the liquid enters the vaporizer intermittently. Vaporizer without liquid pump will send out sound and light alarm;
Set the vaporizer water temperature control interlock point. Control the water temperature at 40-60°C. When the water temperature is lower than 30°C, the liquid pump is automatically cut off, and the liquid enters the vaporizer intermittently;
Set the gasification gas outlet pressure control interlock point to control the pressure at the set value. When the outlet gas pressure is higher than the set value, an audible and visual alarm will be issued; if the pressure continues to rise, the liquid pump will be automatically cut off, and the liquid will enter the vaporizer intermittently;
Safety valves and vent valves should be installed at the parts with stop valves at both ends of the liquid pump to ensure safety in case of misoperation; the pressure gauges and safety valves supporting the vaporizer should be checked regularly;
Before using the vaporizer heated by a water bath, the water tank must be filled with water and heated to 40-60°C before supplying liquid. Before stopping the vaporizer, the infusion valve should be cut off first, and then the heating power should be cut off after heating. During the gasification process, always pay attention to the water level and replenish the water in time;
During the operation, the change of the flow rate will affect the temperature after gasification, so the water temperature should be adjusted in time;
If the water temperature drops below 30°C, check whether the electric heating tube is damaged. When necessary, the output flow should be reduced to ensure the temperature after gasification. When the pipe from the gasifier to the filling is found to be icy or frosty, the filling should be stopped.
