1. Before installing the gasification pressure regulating skid equipment for the first time, connect the pneumatic valve to 0.3-0.6Mpa nitrogen or compressed air, and the solenoid valve can control the switch. Blow out the entire pipeline system with nitrogen or pure compressed air to remove the grease, water stains and metal powder residues in the system tubes.

2. Connect the gas outlet interface of the gasification pressure regulating skid with the gas equipment and test the pressure so that the interface does not leak. It is strongly recommended that the user install a gas odorizing device in front of the gas outlet of the equipment and the gas equipment.

3. Add clean water to the electric heater of the equipment, and ensure that the water level is not lower than half of the water level gauge, and check and replenish frequently to ensure the heat exchange effect.

4. Connect the electric heating to the power supply (three-phase four-wire system), turn on the heating effect and control effect of the power supply, adjust the temperature regulator on the temperature control box to an appropriate temperature range, and generally adjust it to 25-35 degrees in summer If the requirements are not high, you can turn off the electric heating. In winter, it is generally adjusted to 45-55 degrees (if the setting is too high, it will waste electric energy, and if it is set too low, it may affect the effect of gas use). Just check the water level occasionally and add some water when the water level is low.

5. Close all the valves, adjust all the pressure regulating valves back to the no-pressure state, connect the LNG cylinder, open the liquid discharge valve of the gas cylinder, install the liquid inlet valve with the lng gasification pressure regulating skid, and the liquid inlet valve of the air temperature vaporizer-air The outlet pressure of the outlet valve of the warm vaporizer, the pneumatic emergency cut-off valve, the front and rear ball valves of the pressure regulating valve, and the slow pressure regulating valve should be greater than 0.1Mpa and less than 0.25Mpa, and the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to an appropriate pressure value.

6. When stopping use, close the valve of the gas cylinder first, close the inlet and outlet valves when there is no pressure at the outlet of the gasification and pressure regulating equipment, open the vent valve after decompression, and remove the connecting hose of the gas cylinder. Or close the liquid inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and open the vent valve between the first and second decompression, and then the other valves will not be closed. Do not turn off the electric heating power when not in use in winter, so that the water in the electric heater does not freeze. Or release the water in the electric heater in time to avoid freezing the outer casing.

7. Replacement of gas cylinders: The gasification pressure regulating skid equipment can have two liquid inlets, and two LNG cylinders can be used to supply gas in turn. Open one cylinder first, and close the previous cylinder before the liquid in the cylinder is used up. Valve, open the valve of the last gas cylinder, do not wait for the previous gas cylinder to be out of gas, and then open the next gas cylinder, so as not to affect the use.
